Term 2 Learning Conferences

Connect with your child's teacher to discuss their first six months of learning — including their strengths, social interactions, and areas they're working on.

When
Conferences take place in the last week of Term 2 (Tuesday 1 July – Friday 4 July). Please note school closes early at 1.00pm on Friday so teachers can continue their conferences.

Meeting options
We offer three ways to meet:

• Face to face — with or without your child present
• Online via Google Meet — without your child
• Phone call — request this via the survey below and your child's teacher will be in touch to arrange a time

How to book
Bookings are made through HERO and open on Friday 12 June at 10am. Bookings close Friday 26 June.

Log into HERO

1. Open the learner conferences notification and select Add booking
2. Choose a day and time
3. Use the notes field to request a Google Meet booking if needed
4. Select Confirm

Managing your booking

If you need to make changes, use the Manage bookings button in HERO. You will need to cancel your existing booking before selecting a new time. Contact your child's teacher if you need any help or office@stmartins.school.nz.
