Strategic Plan
Our 2024 / 2025 Strategic Plan is the blueprint or “road map” for everything that goes on in our school community. Developing the Strategic Plan, in consultation with the school community, has been a prime focus for the Board of Trustees..
The strategic direction for our school is focused on three key areas:
- Developing an understanding and implementation of the NZ curriculum refresh
- Enhancing our understanding of and support for gifted | pūmanawa ākonga
- Continuing to develop and implement aspects of the Positive Behaviour for Learning programme
The annual plan supports the direction of the strategic plan outlining when and who will be leading the various initiatives within the school.
